Possible time plan for your company party

In the following section Casino-plus-Events would like to show you how its mobile casino could fit into your company (or Christmas) party. Of course this is just an example we will gladly adjust the times and other parameters to your wishes.

Building up the game tables

1:30 to 4:30PM

After arriving at the event location Casino-plus-Events will set up the game tables at the previously discussed locations. We prepare the tables with the necessary equipment of cards, chips and further casino-equipment (starting money/playing money). Upon request we also organize seating, separate lighting at the tables as well as a sound system.

Arrival of the guests and dinner

6:00 to 8:00PM

Many of our clients use this time for an informal meeting with all the guests, the buffet is opened and the guests invited to enjoy their dinner. In our experience this is a good time to distribute the playing money among the guests.

Casino evening and cocktails

8:00 to 12:00PM

Your casino is open: after your guests have found their way to the playing tables, our Croupiers will start off by explaining the respective games. Even if your guests have never set foot into a casino and have no experience in roulette, black jack or poker, after a short introductory round (roughly 15 minutes) they will all be able to participate and enjoy the games.

Award Ceremony After

about 12:00PM

Once the game tables have been closed we determine the winner of the casino evening and the award ceremony begins. If you like, we will award small presents from you to the winners. After some closing words from the host most events finish off at the bar.

Removal of the game tables

after the event

Once the guests have left the event location we remove the game tables as well as any other equipment provided by us. We leave the location as we found it upon arrival. It goes without saying that we treat the event location with the utmost caution.
